When I get a request for a fantasy concept shoot that has Greek mythology as its theme, I can't say no, of course. Especially not when the request comes from Casper Fox , who wants promotional material for his upcoming concept album "Stories from Styx". So we did a Hades concept shoot in December.
Stories from Styx
Casper is writing a concept album with stories from the Greek underworld and around the Greek god Hades. The project is called "Stories from Styx" and is currently planned as a two-parter. Part one will be released in spring 2025 and will cover the origins of the underworld as well as the story of Hades and Persephone.
Teagan Earley is also part of the project. She sings Persephone, Queen of the Underworld. The album is also produced by an old acquaintance: JP Warner, who is also TE/MO's producer. In addition, JP is the voice of Aeacus, one of the three judges in the underworld, in "Stories from Styx".
Hades and the Underworld
Casper himself takes on the role of the god Hades. That's why we designed a shoot together to visualize his version of the god of the underworld. Casper already shared the first photos from the shoot on his Instagram profile at the end of 2024.
